I spilled the beans in my last post about staging that we had accepted an offer! Yes, that is true that the house only lasted 3 days before it went to PENDING!! Yippie! We survived the inspection and appraisal; now we are all set to close in about 12 days! I just love this house (SO MUCH) and neighborhood (SO MUCH), I feel spoiled! I have said it before and I’ll say it again… the neighbors in this hood are so kind and encouraging. They are so excited to have a new neighbor move in!
The day before we close I turn 40 – I see this as a very special birthday present! Can’t wait for the search to begin on the next remodel!
